How To Training Martial Art At Home By Yourself:

1. Low Impact Cardio (for daily training)

– Warming Up: Begin with both passive & active stretchings slowly.
– Slow Technique: Do all basic punches & kicks slowly in 10 counts repetition.
– Rest.
– Slow Technique: Do all basic punches & kicks slowly in 10 counts repetition.
– Cooling Down: Finish your training with cooling down slowly.
