Martial Art – Kenjutsu

Japanese swordmanship training, also known as Kendo and Chanbara in the modern terms (whatever the names, those are just same sword fighting art).

While sword played an important cultural and religious role in ancient Japan, in the Heian period the globally recognised curved japanese sword (Katana) was developed and became important weapon and symbolic item in Japan.

How to training at home: Use a safe dummy / prop weapon only!!

Martial art is just like other aerobic – cardio exercises, no different.

1. Warming Up: Begin your training with both Passive & Active Stretching.

2. Basic Techniques: Do every basic strikes in 10 counts repetition, do it calm and slowly.

3. Cooling Down: End your training with Cooling Down.
