So here's the first of a few OC's I'll be making. I'm going to be doing a lot of feral art going forward and this is one member of an adventuring party of them. The tank of the group of 6 to be precise!

Regal is a paladin of the War deity in my setting called Varos. He and his companions were a series of animals experimented on magically, and illegally, by an insane former court mage in a now collapsed kingdom. Upon being discovered he and his companions were to be terminated as abominations but during transport they escaped and fled to a neighboring empire where they eventually settled down and set up shop as a very eclectic adventuring group for hire!

He's a quiet and contemplative soul, devout in his worship and as stubborn as any horse. But he's reliable and believes strongly in freedom, mercy and kindess for all. While following his own code of conduct and honor he is not above breaking the law if he views it as unjust or cruel. Beneath his armor his body is heavily scarred from battles and the torments of his past
