After being overthrown by Nationalist as Qing Empire, she seek for help from Japanese. She then is re-installed as Manchukuo. She has rich resources which give impact to Japanese expansion in Asia-Pacific.

Under codename Kwantung 4th division, given special task for conquering China, Manchuria and Mongolia (also dealing with Russia). She is very discipline and loyal to her leader. After successfully took Manchuria away from China, she is currently trying to push further her territory to Beijing and Mongolia.
